Traffic-related delays — we monitor and notify, but road conditions are outside our control

How coordination works

Submit trip details in advance — pickup location, destination, date and time, number of passengers, and any vehicle preferences.

We confirm vehicle type, driver assignment, and pickup logistics, and relay all details to both the client and the transport partner.

Arova relays any last-minute changes between client and driver on travel day — flight delays, address changes, additional stops.

Pickup is confirmed day-of. You have one number to call if anything changes.
