How coordination works

Submit hotel and stay details in advance — hotel name, check-in date and time, guest name, and any room preferences or special requests.

Arova contacts the hotel directly to confirm room preferences and communicate your guest's requirements to the front desk and concierge teams.

We relay confirmation back to you and the guest, including what was confirmed and any notes from the hotel.

If on-site liaison is requested, our representative meets the guest at the hotel on arrival and assists through check-in.
